We take pride in ensuring our clients have a full understanding of their potential home’s present condition by providing a clear and straight-forward report.
Web-based software creates an easily accessible report, which is available online and simple to navigate. This report is printable and can be referred back to, as needed. Our software provides your real estate agent the ability to generate a repair request through the click of a button, which saves time and provides you with an advantage over other homebuyers making an offer on same home. Fresh Structures PNW aims to be a partner in efficiently serving the needs of our clients, while helping aid in making important decisions in a timely manner.
Taze Hull - owner, certified home inspector, and general contractor - has lived in the Pacific Northwest most of his life. He is a father to two beautiful, lively children. In his spare time he can be found taking full advantage of the many outdoor activities the PNW has to offer: kayaking, boating, fishing, and hiking.
Taze grew up with a father who was an electrician by profession, but who was well-versed in all trades. By the time Taze was 18 years old, he had already helped completely renovate many homes in the Portland area. Through this exposure, he gained a working knowledge of the systems within a home. After two decades working in construction and contracting, Taze decided to become a home inspector. The meaning of his name, Taze Hull, translates to "fresh structure" - the reason for naming his business Fresh Structures PNW. Taze loves the home inspection industry and cannot think of a line of work that he is better suited for.
